My name is Cassandra Ringold-Graham AMFT, and I'm a Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. Me Myself & I First is a small black owned business located in California. I decided to create this brand and company to promote selfcare, healing, and a romantic vibe. Our candles are one of a kind with great hot throw with hand picked and mixed essential oils that will set any mood and vibe for men, women, young and old.  We thrive to have the best candles out that will provide a luxury scent to make your home and loved ones feeling rich and lost in the aroma.  

The name came about from how individuals seem to always put others first even before their own self needs. No matter what you do remember to put yourself first and the rest will follow.  If you don't put yourself first then you won't be able to provide for those you love with the love and care they need. Our slogan, "Self Care is giving the one's you love the best of you, instead of giving what's left of you". This represent self-care, and  loving on those who love on you.
