Shipping & Refund Policy

 Me Myself & I First Candle Co processes all orders within 2-3 days Monday through Friday excluding holidays if the item is in stock. All products then will ship out within the next 24 hours should it fall between Monday through Friday, if not then the following Monday. All products are shipped USPS Priority mail. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight based. The weight of any such item can be found on on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

If any item should be pre-ordered the item will ship within 24-48 hours once the item becomes available. 

 Me Myself & I First Candle Co. Do not offer any refunds. However, please contact us If you are unsatisfied with your purchase within 72 hours upon receiving your order so that we can rectify the situation. Our customers Satisfaction is our number 1 priority, so we will do what it takes to ensure your happiness with every purchase.
